My approach was to undertake a complete overhaul, encompassing everything from the teams to the platform itself, while concurrently devising a strategic roadmap for the future.

Defining Product vision

I took steps to clarify our value proposition for our users, articulating what set us apart within the competitive influencer marketing landscape.

This proved instrumental in guiding our subsequent product decisions.

Building a Highly Skilled Team

I undertook the recruitment and training of a multidisciplinary team comprising more than a dozen members, including product managers, product designer and developers.

This team was dedicated to infusing a fresh perspective into the product.

Implementation of Agile Processes and Rituals

Agile processes, such as sprints and retrospectives, were systematically integrated to enhance our operational efficiency and agility.

These rituals within our development framework played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and innovation among team members.

Platform Redesign

A pivotal milestone was the comprehensive redesign of the platform.

We modernized the underlying technology by incorporating AI-driven solutions to elevate the efficacy of our analytics and targeting tools.

Concurrently, we embarked on a reimagining of the user experience, rendering it more intuitive and performance-oriented.
